I Can Do All Things Through Christ

I can do all things through Christ who strenghtens me. Philippians 4:13. When you are in the word and you truly believe in God and His power, you can do great things through Christ. Why, because you are a child of the Most High God, and you are called according to his purpose.

If you lose the ability to believe that God has a plan for your life, you will never achieve the things that God has in store for your life. God is not biased. You have the capacity to do anything and everything in life.

Remember you can do all things through Christ who strenghtens you. It is His will, through His power in your life.

Talents- Where Did They Come From?

Many times we get all wrapped up in our own self-importance. We are pleased with what we can do, the influence that we have, the power that we have over people, and we begin to be pleased with ourselves. But we seem to have a knack to get things done, to influence people. How great am I that I can do the things I do? Have vain, how shortsighted.

Not once do we consider that these talents did not come from us. Not once do we consider how did this happen? Not once did we consider when we were young before we knew anything it seemed that I could do these things without much effort.

We’ll consider this, you received these talents not by your own doing, not by your own will Because you always had an unexplainable ability to do the things you do and do them well, in your self-praise, you never stopped once to consider where it really came from. The answer is it came from someone greater than you. He gave you these talents and you should be using them for the honor and glory of God.

No you did not create the world God did and the talents you have God gave them to you. What have you done with them for Him? If you wasted your life listening to others praise you and basking in your own glory step back and know that by God’s grace and generosity he gave you your abilities, now before it’s too late give back to Him, by using your abilities for His Glory and His kingdom.

God’s Grace

If anyone believes the Holy Bible is open to many different interpretations you are wrong. God’s word literally ‘is what it is”. You can fool yourself by thinking you have it all figured out. But guess what? If you have never in your life read every book of the bible to truly understand the message, then quite frankly you are not qualified to comment on anything.

I will say this the Bible is a book about good vs evil. There is no in between. In effect you must choose which side you’re own. Almighty God, gave his only Son, Jesus Christ, who gave his life for all of us so that we would have safe refuge from our sins, inequities, and transgressions. All we need to do is accept Jesus Christ through confession to him of our sins, transgressions, and inequities. Confess that we are sinners and that you want him to come into your life.

When you do this you will have eternal life even when your physical body is no longer here. Jesus Christ died to overcome this sinful world. There is sin all around us. Decadence, moral decay, and everything that is an abomination to God.

The best thing you can do is study the bible, know its message and be careful to ask the Lord to send the Holy Spirit to give you the discernment you will need to understand the powerful verses and stories in the bible. The more time you give to God, the more understanding he gives to you.

You don’t have to work to be save and receive the gift of eternal life, all you have to do is ask Jesus to come into your life. No matter what you have done, where you been, the shame that has permeated your life, means nothing to Him. You can become a new person by simply asking Jesus Christ to come into your life and you accept Jesus as the Lord of your life. It is His gift of Grace to you.

He made the supreme sacrifice for you on a hill called Calvary a long time ago, so that you would have the opportunity to ask Him to come into your life at anytime. If you have not done so, you can do it right now. Time is running out. Don’t die and leave this earth without doing so. The Lord’s tent is big, it does not matter what you have done, the Lord will accept you, anyone, right here, right now.

A good movie to watch to understand God love for you through His Son, Jesus Christ, is ‘The Passion of the Christ“,buy it or rent it today and then start reading the bible from Genesis to Revelations. Understanding will come to you through God’s grace.

If you are ready right now to be saved, say this prayer.

“Heavenly Father, have mercy on me, a sinner. I believe in you and that your word is true. I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of the living God and that he died on the cross so that I may now have forgiveness for my sins and eternal life. I know that without you in my heart my life is meaningless.

I believe in my heart that you, Lord God, raised Him from the dead. Please Jesus forgive me, for every sin I have ever committed or done in my heart, please Lord Jesus forgive me and come into my heart as my personal Lord and Savior today. I need you to be my Father and my friend.

I give you my life and ask you to take full control from this moment on; I pray this in the name of Jesus Christ.”

Day of Prayer Being Held Right Now In Dallas

I tuned into the internet stream of Governor Rick Perry’s Event and I can honestly say that it was not political, but spiritual, giving honor and glory to the Lord and our Savior Jesus Christ. It’s about living for the purpose of Almighty God. The event was an opportunity to give praise and honor to the Lord.

I am not a Republican by any means, but I am drawn to the message of giving praise, honor and glory to the Lord. Any mean-spirited, judgmental exercise is not appropriate, God would not condone such behavior. Jesus addressed this issue of Prideful Judgement behavior by saying these words in Matthew 7: 5- You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye. Speakers emphasized we must get our own house in order, rather than point fingers at others. If all of us did this, we would find that the world would live morally and walk in the light of Lord. All of us have fallen short of the glory of the Lord. But we must take a stand for the Lord God Almighty.

We must stand up for Jesus, in the face of attacks from everyone. His name is precious and His name is wonderful and He can do the same for your life.

You tried everything else in the evil world, why not try Him? Almighty God is all inclusive and includes everyone on this earth. Your home is with the Lord, confess your sins ask, Jesus to come into your life right here right now and come back home to Him today. Nothing in this world can give you the peace of mind that you’ll experience by doing this…. don’t trust me, trust the Lord Today.

We All Fall Short of The Glory of God

Almighty God, we give praise and thanks to you Father, for provisions that you provide to us in this life and for the gift of grace you have given us for eternity, through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Who died on Calvary for our sins, transgressions and inequities. We are all sinners and ask for your forgiveness, through Jesus Christ. Our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, gave us the gift of grace and freely gave us our Salvation.

Dear Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, I know I have lived a life of sin. I renounce that life, today, right here, right now, and ask for and freely accept your gift of eternal life and gladly become a part of the Kingdom of God, through you. Thank you for your Gift of Grace on Calvary. Thank you for accepting me into your fellowship, protection and salvation. In Jesus Name I pray. Amen

Working Behind The Scene

Almighty God I want to thank you for the little things you do for me that somehow I do not take the time to notice. Just when I think that my prayers are not being answered you send help from the most unlikely person. In fact that person is someone I consider an enemy.

Thank you Lord. It only serves to remind me that you can use anyone even our enemies to come to our aid. It also helps me to know that you love and care for me and I should and will never forget that. In Jesus name I pray and ask it all.

God Will Deliver On His Plans For You

Put on the full armor (every implement) of God, that you may be able to stand against the cunning ( inventive), (clever) methods of the devil.

Ephesians 6:11

satan, has a plan and the plan is not a secret, you should know it. You should be aware of it. He does not hide it. He pulls out the blueprint for its implementation nearly everyday. So this is not something that he hides from you. He proudly and mockingly comes at you using every means at his disposal. What is it? He wants to destroy you. He wants to beat you down, take away your faith in God. Take way your pledge to live a sin free existence through Christ Jesus and to have you back slide and return to living your life on, or introduce you to the dark side of life.

He might try to shatter your hopes and recruit junior demons to harass you. Come at you with accusations , filth and other garbage that only he can manufacture. The difference is we have the full armor, we have the power through Christ to put satan in his place anytime, anyplace. Because no scheme devised by satan or any other man, can foil those plans that the Lord has in store for you.

Take up your weapon now, claim you prize through Christ and Fight with your faith and the word of God. Put on the Full Armor.

God has spoken concerning an issue that is very important to you an He’s given you a promise that resonates deep within your soul. You know it is from Him because His word confirms it and His deep peace fills you when you pray.

Thank God, right here, right now, that His promises to you are completely unbreakable and that the obstacles before you, traps laid by satan are nothing to you. Give praise to The Lord’s Glorious Name

Put On the Whole Armor of God

I once read a passage that said – “it is an inconsistent Christian that helps the devil the most”. That in itself is a powerful statement. You see satan is constantly after us, no matter where we are, what we are doing, or what we plan to do. He walks about to and fro trying to cause havoc in our lives and trying desperately to turn us away from God.

Because we live in a fallen world, due to the disobedience of Adam and Eve, all the suffering you see in this world, sickness, disease, and devastation, will always be with us. So Christ came to our rescue that we would have a way to have eternal life through Him. Christ defeated satan when he was crucified and died on Calvary: three days later he arose from the dead in victory over satan and everything evil in this world.

Prior to that compassionate and generous act, we had no way to salvation. We can now be free through Christ! Those who choose to accept Jesus Christ can now do so and be assured that you will have eternal life. All you have to do is confess your sins and ask Jesus to come into your life. It’s that simple. The alternative, it you choose not to accept Christ is that you will be destroyed along with satan, when Jesus returns.

As “Born Again” Christians, we must grow our faith in Christ, because satan is constantly trying to discourage us through all manner of sins. If things we do one this earth are not of God, then it is a sin. satan is the tour guide for acts of sin on the earth.

Even though satan has already been defeated through Jesus Christ, he will finally be destroyed when Jesus returns. In the meantime we must strive to live Godly lives and to be more like Christ. That’s more than enough to keep us busy and we must put on the “Whole Armor of God” to defeat the wiles of satan in the in this sinful world.
